Many electrical cords plugged into an extension cord. Many lights were off. Unorganized dishes in the kitchen and some dirty dishes. No towels. We had to wash all the dishes beforehand. Dirty extractor hood - a deposit of greasy dust on the filter. Undried bed linen in the bathrooms. If I pay €180 for cleaning, I don't expect to have to wash and dry clothes one after the other. Plus, I can't wait in the apartment for the laundry to dry because I'm blocking the cleaning lady. 3x Bathrooms - no towels, there was no soap at all or it was diluted with water. The apartment was not cleaned upon arrival. Bottles, cans in the kitchen. A full ashtray on the balcony. Old shoes thrown in the corner. Dishwasher not emptied. The trash cans in the toilets were not taken out. The owner charges 180 EURO for the final cleaning. We immediately called the owner and asked him to refund the cleaning fee.
