Newly opened in June 2016, the hotel still has the energy and excitement of Day 1. Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding. But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed. If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.

I very much enjoyed my two night stay at the Hermitage. The main building is an elegant, converted old Dutch colonial telephone building and the rooms are in a modern tower annex carefully constructed in the same elegant style. We would definitely stay here again. The bed was quite comfortable. Location is within walking distance of the MRT. And the rooms are very clean.

Fitness equipments aren’t complete and a bit outdated. Restaurant for breakfast couldn’t keep up with the number of customers during peak times.
