Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. When we arrived check in was easy and simple. When we got to our room the room was spacious and to a normal eye everything looked okay. I checked the sheets and mattress for bugs. Didn’t see any bugs but the mattresses looked like it’s time for new ones, because there were stains and lots of them. The bathroom was dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom floor, I wondered what all did the housekeepers clean? The bathroom floor also was dirty and needed mopping, I learned that from using one of the towels to wipe the floor up before using the toilet. Another thing I was disappointed to see was the plastic shower liner. I was grossed out because you could literally see the black dirt or mold. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and this is the first time ever seeing a plastic shower liner that is shared between guests. I did not complain because it was one night and I just didn’t want to make a big stink out of it. John was very nice but that bathroom was absolutely atrocious.

Great stay, great place. Super clean and like new. Rooms are huge with very nice bathrooms. This hotel is right next to the expressway so it's easy to get where you need to go. Also, there are a couple restaurants basically in the same parking lot that have good food and vibes. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was infested with ants! And we paid $334 for the night to get this extra feature. The front desk clerk sent up an "engineer" with a can of bug spray. The "engineer" immediately determined that his can was no match for the quantity of ants roaming about everywhere. At the engineers urging, the front desk guy magically found us another room when he previously claimed no other rooms where available. Thanks to this ordeal, we arived at the hotel at 11 pm, and got to bed at 1:00 AM. Expedia contacted the hotel for me, but the hotel manager REFUSED to issue any type of refund for the horror and inconvenience to us of this experience. And in a $334 room! No more Marriott properties for us!
