"Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

"I was really impressed with the studio - it presents a delightful decor, which uses the space with maximum efficiency without forgetting to offer comfort at the same time. You will not find any rickety furniture or shabby appliances. Everything is very well maintained. The view is fantastic, and the nearby park is beautiful, clean and peaceful. "The room and location are quite nice. But the elevator was broken, bed was hard and made loud noises, no breakfast appeared eventhough we requested delivery. Also, sound proofing is poor and unfortunately for us, the people in the room next to us had a loud drinking party till 4:30am and there was no one for us to call to complain to."
