Horrible experience :-(

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

O ponto mais positivo do hotel é o atendimento. As instalações são razoáveis. Perto do centro de convenções, porém longe da cidade velha e de muitos pontos turísticos. O trânsito de Belém não ajuda muito na locomoção.

Razoável. Já fiquei hospedado nele outras vezes. Ponto positivos: localização, otimo custo/benefício. Nesta ultima estadia senti desconforto quanto ao ar condicionado. Belém já é quente e o ar condicionado do apartmanto 405 não atendia com eficiência.
