Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking. "I traveled with my family to the Cumaceba lodge. We stayed for three nights and four days. We had an amazing Amazon experience! Our guide Dixon was fabulous! He made our stay even better by his experience and knowledge of the area, animals, and flora. The 2 to 3 excursions per day kept us busy and always wanting to find more wonders of the rainforest. I would truly recommend this lodge if you are wanting a hands-on experience of the Amazon."

"This was my 3rd one-night stay at the El Dorado Classic. This last visit I stayed on the 4th floor and the suite was basic but very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There was very hot water , which wasn’t available during previous stays in lower rooms. I did observe that the hot water began running out once. I also had difficulty charging my phone there, though the reception staff and another hotel staff were immediately responsive to aid me in this matter, just not in my actual room....
