"We had a lovely week in this apartment in Riaño. Check in was well communicated and went smoothly. Communication with the owner was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. "We loved this quiet place with a magnificient view on the mountains. We were the only one, the appartment above was not rented, so it was really quiet. In the neighbourhood you can make beautifull walks. There are no shops in the neighbourhood, so make sure to do shoppings before arrival."

L'annonce Abritel je stipulé pas qu'il y a 2 logements, 1 en bas avec jaccusi et un à l'étage ! 1 seule lampe de chevet par chambre, prise électrique défectueuse, grille-pain faisant disjoncter, impossible de manger à 4 dans la cuisine, cafetière pour 2, jaccusi infernal en bas lorsqu'il est en marche, pour nous qui étions à l'étage, c'était infernal. Barbecue inexistant... Quel dommage, le site est (par contre) exceptionnel."

"A couple of things to know about renting this place: 1. contacting the property manager is almost impossible but you will be contacted by someone on the day when you are due to arrive. So in the end you do get the information you need to enter the property but at the last possible time 2. access to the parking space is very tight. Allegedly it is possible to park 5m long cars but I did not manage it with my 4.9m long family break and scratched the wing getting down the ramp. I whish I had been...
