About this property

Luxury Waterfront Home, With a Game Room and Gorgeous View! The Perfect Getaway!

  • This home is gorgeous! 2 story with 1 bedroom and 1.25 bath on the main level, along with the attached garage, laundry room, beautiful kitchen, family room with majestic fireplace, dining room and spacious deck off the back complete with outdoor furniture and Traeger Grill! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on upper level, along with a complete game room, work out room/office and library. This home features all of the comforts of home! The owners have tried to provide everything you will want for your stay, and if there is anything that you can think of during your stay that would be beneficial, please don't hesitate to leave a note in their guest book! Please note there is no shellfish harvesting from the beach area in front of the home as it is owned by another party and guests are asked to stay off of the oyster beds and the beach during low tides. You would need to go to a public area. Please note that guests are required to complete the rental agreement attached, along with the 2 ID items listed on page 3 of the agreement within 24 hours of booking. There is no land line at the home.
