Check-in at reception was excellent. They offered an email alert for when the room was ready. This worked really well.
The room was perfectly acceptable, with all the amenities required. The walk-in shower was huge and the temperature and flow were perfect.
Location was perfect to walk everywhere. Lots of places to visit close by, restaurants and pubs. The hotel has nice options as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is a very clean, well maintained property with professional staff. We had the Dinky room, even though smaller than normal it had everything we needed. The bed and pillows super comfy and the shower was amazing with great water pressure and a large walk in shower. Definitely would stay there again
