Perfectly positioned to make the most of its beautiful surroundings, this cottage offers uninterrupted views across the open countryside to the sea at Budle Bay, making it the ideal setting for a relaxing retreat. The property combines comfort and style, ensuring a memorable getaway for all guests, with plenty of space both inside and out.

    Situated only a 5-minute drive from the postcard-perfect Bamburgh Beach in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottage is ideally located to explore the stunning Northumberland coast and the beautiful countryside of the Northumberland National Park. Budle Bay and the iconic Bamburgh are just on your doorstep, offering pristine sandy beaches. Bamburgh is home to the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, the Grace Darling Museum, and a wide selection of excellent restaurants. Hop aboard a boat to the Farne Islands for a wildlife adventure, or visit the magical Holy Island of Lindisfarne. The vibrant town of Alnwick, with its world-famous Alnwick Castle and stunning gardens, is just a short drive away. For those interested in history and shopping, Berwick-upon-Tweed offers a mix of charming shops, excellent restaurants, and rich history. Outdoor enthusiasts can also explore the many trails through the Cheviot Hills and the Northumberland National Park.

    Upon entering the cottage, you will be welcomed by an inviting, open-plan living space designed with relaxation in mind. The spacious lounge, dining area, and kitchen feature large sliding doors from the lounge that open out to one of the two fully enclosed garden and patio areas. This seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living creates a perfect space to unwind. Relax on the comfortable sofas, unwind in front of the wood burner with a roaring fire, and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Or, head outside to the garden for some stargazing with a glass of wine on a clear night. The dining area comfortably seats six, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

    The master bedroom is a peaceful haven with a double bed and large sliding doors that open out onto the decking and garden. This bedroom also features an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. The second bedroom is a double with sliding doors to the decking and its own Jack and Jill en-suite shower room, shared with the third bedroom. The final bedroom is a single with a ¾ double bed, and it also has a pull-out single bed, perfect for accommodating a sixth guest.

    Outside, you will find two fully enclosed garden areas, perfect for children and pets to enjoy safely. With plenty of seating, a Kadai cast iron fire pit, and a BBQ, you can enjoy cosy evenings by the fire after a day of exploring. Take a moment to relax and enjoy the fabulous views that surround you.
