"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Pieve. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 teens (age 13-17) The house is great, lots of space. Well equipped kitchen, with lots of bigs pans, serving dishes etc making it easy to cater for a large group. The pool, hammocks and large garden means there is space for everyone. There is a small supermarket 3 mins away , with other, larger ones within 20 mins. Michele is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. He cleans the pool every few days. He is always happy to answer questions and give advice. He helped us book restaurant reservations. We would love to return another year. "

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"Overall, the apartment was fine. We were annoyed that we had to go out of our way to get the keys, located nearly 2 miles away from the apartment. The owners sent a pretty lengthy pdf the night before, once we paid the city tax via a sketchy looking website link sent in an email. There was too much information on how to find the apartment, what not to do, etc - that bordered on threatening. We eventually figured things out, but we kept having to refer back to the manual, because one misstep would result in some type of extra charge. It felt not at all welcoming, there was no coffee in the apartment either. I don't really understand why they are renting it out if their guests are such an imposition. I liked the location, once we got there, but I wouldn't stay again. The beds sunk in the middle, and weren't very comfortable. "

"A group of us stayed at Casa Benessere to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We had celebrated our 10th there so we knew what to expect- a fantastic property in a great location. Sarah had arranged an anniversary card as a really nice welcoming touch along with a welcome pack. Alessandro ( who looks after the property) was really great ahead of our arrival and although my Italian is Ok, I didn’t need it as his English is so good Sarah- Grazie Mille e tourneremo!"
