"Premise of the staff was very kind. I believe that the structure has not been managed at its best. Check-in late on arrival. Common area always dirty.The rooms are small basic, the hairdryer must be requested and it is not always available.Honestly, for the cost paid, I expected much more than such a basic structure...."

His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky. It took us several tries to get it to the shower. Never really got hot water at the bathroom sink, nor the kitchen sink. There is a refrigerator, a microwave,...
