Great budget Guest House

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay for a few nights in Belgrade, this is a good place! The owner Maja is really friendly and nice and the room was clean. I stayed there for 2 nights and I recommend the place within its price rate.

Maja was an excellent host! Travel delays had us arrive much later than planned and she was ready to get us settled quickly into our room. Maja provided detailed information about getting around the city. The location is excellent. It's close to several bus stops making it easy to get jus about anywhere you want to go. Public transit in Belgrade is free with a couple of exceptions, and the timetable is quite reliable. The room itself was quite comfortable. There was a kettle for making coffee and tea. I would highly recommend staying here when in Belgrade.

Miss Depolo is Maya --- and Maya knows everything about Belgrade: Which bus to take to the central train station? How to visit the monasteries in Northern Serbia? When will the ponton bridge to Bird Island be rolled out?... It was always a delight for me to talk to Maya, say, about what to see in Serbia and how to go about it!
