Very nice hotel. Excellent location, close to the center and attractions, with several cafes and convenience stores nearby. A1 shuttle bus to the airport in 5-8 minutes walk. Good breakfast. No elevator but stuff is very helpful in case you need to carry your luggage to upper floors.

I had very bad experience with this hotel. The room was small but ok, however hotel is on very busy street and very noisy. I was unable to sleep at all due to all day all night traffic next to the hotel and needed to leave in the middle of the night during my second night to another hotel due to noise level and lack of sleep. I also found air conditioning in the room super noisy. The hotel is absolutely not worth the price, I don’t recommend it and will not book it again. Pros: front desk staff was very helpful.

This was the nicest hotel stay I have enjoyed for a very long time. What sets it above other hotels is the quality of the staff and their helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism - the reception, catering and housekeeping staff were all excellent. This combined with a splendid breakfast choice and a really convenient location made for a very pleasant stay - highly recommended!

Check in agent was very friendly and offered options on places to eat dinner near by, as well as places we could try for the next day. Every time we passed by him, he gave a friendly smile and made us feel welcomed. The rooms are clean and use all the space wisely. Wish we were staying here longer.

The location was great! On Kralja Milana an easy walk to Starigrad and easy to get anywhere in the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was very friendly and ultra helpful!. Some spots on the wall and carpet. Other-wise good!

2019年５月２日から2泊しました。 空港からのシャトルバスの乗り場から歩いて５分もかからず、またすぐ近くにスーパーもあり立地は最高に良い所です。 部屋もとても清潔で明るく、バスルームも広くて使い勝手が良かったです。 部屋は広くて大きな窓があり、クローゼットも大きく、スーツケース２つ分広げられるスペースがあります。 フロントの方は皆さん、とてもフレンドリーで親切で、あまり観光情報を調べずに行った私の細かい質問にも笑顔で対応していただきました。エレベーターがなく階段しかありませんでしたが、フロントの方がスーツケースを運んでくださいました。また部屋の温度調整など、英語があまり得意ではない私にも分かるまで丁寧に説明してくださいました。 また行く機会があれば、このホテルに泊まりたいです。

Little gem!! A must stay in Belgrade!

This hotel is a real gem! It is ideally located in the centre (15 minutes approximately by foot from the Republic Square) and easy to find! Then it is small and very cozy, I have really enjoyed this aspect of the place! The rooms are small but very bright. I have had the surprise of finding a balcony and a nice view, this was unexpected and very appreciated! The breakfast was good and the lady in charge of it was very kind. The only downside was the lack of elevator. The staff carried my suitcase up the 3rd floor but it might be an issue for some guests. Last but not least, this is very good value for money, so I really recommend staying at this place!

Wonderful service

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Republic Square, very convenient to move around the city. The service in the hotel was one of the best I have ever had, everyone working there is super nice, smily and go even the extra mile to help you in whatever you need. Thanks to everyone and keep it like this forever!

Good price. Good location (for my work) but good anyway. close to shops supermarket restaurants coffee Palace My only issue is that I was on the third floor and there's no lift working and I'm lugging up and down stairs tools 22 euro each way for collection and pick up to airport

- sehr, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal - für einen Städtetrip ideal gelegenes Hotel - Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind ruhig obwohl die Strasse gut befahren ist - sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel - einfache aber moderne Zimmereinrichtung - gratis WIFI - viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar (z.B.: Hram svetog save ca 10-15 min, Kalemegdan ca 20 min)
