situated a little decentral, but cab fare was affordable to get into the city. Short walk takes you past a large shopping mall into a nice park and down to the river. Hotel was crowded with security due to a state representative staying at the same time. Sauna and Pool open early and are not crowded, which was great. Excellent food, but pricy.

Good price but you expect more from a 5 stars

The hotel is a 5 star, so we expect top service. Very nice spa, gym and pool, nice room service and reception and good breakfast. Unfortunately had a king bed with 2 single mattress instead of a big one, out of which one was bumpy and not stable. I told to the guest desk but they did not change it. Also the restaurant has poor vegetarian options.

Family stay before long intercontinental flight - I am sure we had a good travel experience because we were able to rest and relax before the flight. Hotel is 30+ years old but very well maintained and updated. Rooms are unusually large, mattresses new and comfortable, bed sheets crisp and immaculate. Bathrooms are spacious, including tub and nice walk in shower. We had enjoyed an excellent dinner including some local foods and excellent local wine, and have relaxed afterwords at the pool & spa (very nice). Service is what you would expect at Hyatt Regency - and more. Everyone was very welcoming and forthcoming to ensure we had a great stay. We received adjoining rooms as we have asked for, and our early morning luggage help was punctual to the minute. I and my family will be back to Hyatt Regency Belgrade for sure.

I'm annoyed by sneaky hotel fees and charges I DIDN'T KNOW about. This hotel did NOT display parking charges during the booking process. I shouldn't have to waste time digging through the hotel website to figure out the fees. IT SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO CLIENTS DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS so that we can calculate and decide what we can afford according to our budget. I was charged a parking fee of about $30 per day, even though I parked myself each time. If I had known that, I would have used taxi services and not rented a car, or I would have definitely chosen another place to stay. Because if you stay a few nights, these costs can add up quickly!

Im Restaurant „Tee House“ bat meine Schwester vor der Bestellung höflich um einen Club-Sandwich ohne Speck. Der Kellner sagte: „Kein Problem.“ Trotzdem kam der Sandwich mit Speck. Sie biss hinein, bemerkte es zu spät. Wir zeigten ihm den Fehler. Er entschuldigte sich und versprach, die Küche bereite einen neuen zu. Wir betonten, dass sie aus persönlichen Gründen kein Schweinefleisch isst und man nicht einfach den Speck entfernen darf. Wenig später kam der angeblich neue Sandwich – mit der Ausrede, es habe zwei Bestellungen (Restaurant/Roomservice) gegeben. Doch es war derselbe Sandwich, nur der Speck war entfernt – der bereits fehlende Biss war sichtbar. Der Kellner wurde rot, entschuldigte sich erneut und verschwand. Am nächsten Abend, müde nach langen Geschäftsterminen, bestellte ich eine Pilzsuppe. Zwei Stunden später: starke Magenschmerzen, Erbrechen – eindeutige Lebensmittelvergiftung. Nach der Landung in Zürich kam ich direkt in die Notaufnahme. Dass man in einem Hotel dieser Klasse Gäste so dreist belügt, täuscht und ihre Gesundheit gefährdet, ist beschämend und absolut inakzeptabel. Wer nicht in der Lage ist, auf Allergien, Religion oder medizinische Einschränkungen Rücksicht zu nehmen, sollte das offen sagen – statt Gäste für dumm zu verkaufen und sie wissentlich zu gefährden. Ich bin zutiefst schockiert

Hotelin konumu cok iyiydi, ayrica ulasim imkanlari cok guzel, Usca alisveris merkezine 2 dakika mesafede. Konakladigimiz oda aile odasıydı ama oda da 2 kisilik yatak mevcuttu, hotel ayrica cok eski ve oda ici imknalaridanoyle, isitma ile ilgili bayan bir sorun yasadik. Hyatt regency lounge access cok iyi bir olanak bundan sonranhep tercih sebebimiz olacak.
