Fantastic little hotel. The hotel room was fantastic, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom, mini bar, coffee making machine (180 rsd) and most importantly, friendly staff. No noise heard from other guests which was an added bonus. Travelling as a single parent and we both very much enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is actually the ground floor of an apartment building in a convenient location. Everything in the centre of Belgrade is within walking distance or a short ride on a free bus or tram. My room was huge and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The only negative I can think of is that there was some dust and cobwebs in the room, and two of the bathroom lights were not working but it was nothing that was worth annoying the staff about whilst I was there. Overall, I would be happy to recommend the Hotel to friends and family and will probably stay there again when I next visit Belgrade

Good location to explore central Belgrade. Many dining options nearby. The hotel has no parking, only a tiny lobby and no amenities. There are several steps into the libby, very inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was perfunctory at best during our two night stay.

The staff is very nice and friendly!They are 24 hours at the desk.Anything you are ask for is done immediately.We wanted 1 day more at the same hotel,and we got the other room,beautiful.First one had jacuzzi,and it was reserved.We like and recommend this hotel!It is very comfortable and well connected with the rest of the city!Walking distance to Kalemegdan,The best food Skadarlija and best shopping Knez Mihailova.

Easy, near and good

The hotel made sure I arrived and checked out safely with an ordered taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. My room was clean and scent free on my arrival, however there were lots of mosquitos inside by the windows and on the walls, maybe from airing out the room before the new guests and because it's the season for it in Belgrade?. The hotel is a 10 mins walk from Knez Mihailova street and there's a grocery store right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. There are also other stores and shops nearby, only by walking distance. The area is quiet and the staff are available by the reception 24/7. There are coffee, tea and a minibar inside, available.

I normally do not spend time in reviews, but I have to do it for the sake of others. No coffee sachets you have to buy them @reception. Very meant!! Changed room as it was quite noisy, there is a supermarket on the ground floor and when hey deliver goods at 6am, the noise is unbearable. New room: much quieter but fridge, AirCond and shower did not work, manager on 2 days off, no maintenance guy. I could not sleep at all the last night as there were lost of mosquitos in my room. I have more complaints but best to keep it simply so quick to read. I would not give even 1 point, it was not cheap!!! It is the actitud and how staff deal with. Unacceptable !! I chose it because reviews were amazing !!

I book an extra six nights on top of an initial four nights. I am sure it helps to hear about the hotel's laundry service which I found useful for getting some clothing cleaned so I could enjoy my extended stay. The hotel's laundry service has low prices for small items but higher for larger items. It appears that the laundry service is with a third party but I used it twice and it is timely and reliable.

Room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel's location was good for travellers like me who are unfamiliar with or who have not previously stayed in Belgrade. After staying four nights I think that the positive reviews of the property are more believable than the negatives. I booked a further seven nights because the accommodation and destination were very nice to stay at.
