"Great hotel. I always stay here when in the area"

"On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted. After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed. Deeply disappointed and will not recommend"

"We stay here quite regularly, as it is conveniently located for us. Rooms are always clean and staff courteous. Parking is in a nearby car park, but discounted for hotel guests. Can drop-off and pick-up directly outside the hotel, so no problem. Will stay again."

"The hotel is dirty and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, the fire safety is a major concern. I was woken at 00:30hrs by someone banging on my door. And at 04:30 hrs I was woken again by someone knocking on a door in the corridor as the hotel seems to filled with foreign workers who first language is not english. "

"The perfect stay for me and my family, the house is slip on 3 levels with extra large comfortable bedrooms with a dressing room and a bathroom room on each floor with a wc downstairs. The house has a beautiful kept garden with garden furniture, decking, grass with a gravel path leading to a large BBQ and sink. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards furnished with all the equipment for a kitchen, many pots & pans, cups, glasses (including champagne glasses) and loads of plates, cups, saucers, bowls etc A large dishwasher and washing/drying machine (an bonus) Also there is a large table with two long benches in the kitchen suitable for 6 or more people. Parking for two large cars on the drive, nice quiet cul de sac. Less than 10 minutes walk to Coventry main railway station and similar distance to the town centre. I would recommend this accommodation to friends and family, very comfortable for us. The property is fully all inclusive, the host left plenty tea, coffee, milk and complimentary biscuits. Also dishwasher and washing machine detergent and black bin bags for the bins (a lovely gesture and nice touch)Thank you "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. Thos is quite dangerous considering i am a young female travelling to a coty i do not know in the dark. I am yet to receive a recund and compensation for this "
