"Charged me before I got to the property when in the email said pay at property. And then they charged me a whole different amount the next day, totaling more than the amount that was due. The guy at the desk told me he had no idea and it wasn’t on their end. Didn’t help me at all. The room was dirty and the bed wasn’t even made. It was definitely run down. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. "

"Room had a terrible smell. The 4 rooms next to ours had a fire and had no windows or anything. My socks turned black from walking on the floor they were that dirty. Staff was friendly but the overall conditions were terrible. Sat on the bed it almost tipped over. Def"

"The floors are dirty if you're going to walk, barefoot I don't know why they're not kept up. No ice machine working. Door needs to have a seal at the bottom. It's really open to any kind of insects/lizards that can possibly walk-through. Breakfast wasn't too bad basic continental. It's good for a day or two stay."

"Staff was friendly. Room was decent. Door wasn’t completely sealed so light comes in. Faucets in tub leak water and tub drains poorly. Plenty of towels and hot water. Not a terrible stay just not worth the price."

"I was in total shock when I saw the room. The pictures online are beautiful rooms. What we walked into was nothing short of a nightmare! The odor was awful, pure mold smell, everything was disgusting. The only thing clean were the sheets. I was told over the phone when I called to make sure it was ok if I checked in late, around midnight that, yes it was ok and everthing will be fresh and clean brand new for me. It was far from that. I don’t think I will ever recover from this stay. It is definitely false advertising and now looking back the pics online are AI. I will include our pics and the pics online"
