I go to Latina at least 1 or 2 times a year for business so, due to the location, last year I booked this Hotel because the other one I used to go, it was under renovation. I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff, the hotel was practically new and surprisingly affordable, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. So, I went back already other 2 times taking also my Boss from US who has been very impressed.

Great location for beachgoers

This is one of the most beautifully located hotels I’ve been in over the last 10 years. The staff were welcoming, professional and efficient. The hotel is literally on a beach, our room was super clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful and again, the location is excellent with continuous views of the ocean.

A very good hotel, rooms are not large but everything inside them is super modern and very comfortable. Nice pool, good food both for breakfast &dinner, spacious free parking inside. Reasonable prices. Very good service! Highly recommend

Great experience! They let me check in 5 hours early because the room was available. The hotel manager helped me in planning a trip to nearby town (gave me directions, printed timetables for me). Breakfast is excellent!

We stayed there in the beginning of July, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few disadvantages - the hotel is far away from the sea, it only makes sense staying there if you have your own car or you can rent one. We personally took a bus to the beach, which took us about 25 minutes - but it was an interesting experience to see the local life. We were bothered by mosquitoes all the time, especially by the pool and restaurant area. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - not much variety,...

Very friendly and corteous staff. Nice pool. Great first floor restaurant. Nice setup overall

Nice and quiet. Our window opened out to a vineyard surrounded by Olive trees. Included breakfast is a croissant, packaged toast and coffee. No other options. We stayed 09/29 - 10/02, restaurant on site was closed. Staff was helpful and directed us to places nearby. 10 drive to Colombini for lunch (excellent) or Conca di Sapore for dinner (OK).

Hotel is in a good location in Nettuno. Good breakfast service. Very close / Walking distance (5-10min) to very nice shopping areas. lots of restaurants in the area as well. Very friendly staff. One challenge with the hotel is the parking as that the only available parking in on the streets. Hotel offers no parking areas or service. Account for that if driving and need to park.
