Nicely finished, very clean duplex located adjacent to the Bella Vista Metfield Complex, which includes a trailhead to the Back 40 trails. Just minutes from 5 gorgeous golf courses, NWA Greenway and mountain biking trails, nature/hiking trails, and 5 lakes to enjoy swimming, boating and fishing. Many activities for all interests: golf, bicycling, tennis, skateboarding, playgrounds, lakes, boating, fishing, swimming, antiquing, work out room, nature walk trail. Downtown Bentonville which is only 7 miles away, has top rated restaurants & entertainment, museums, shopping, and coffee shops! Main attractions like Top Golf, Walmart AMP, and Pinnacle Hills Promenade are just 12 miles away! (If you are interested in swimming or boating, we need three business days notice to reserve a (free) guest pass for you.) Golf does not require a guest pass.

The home accommodates up to 4 guests offering 2 bedrooms with 2 baths, a comfortable well-appointed living room and dining room, deck overlooking a golf course, full kitchen, oversized single garage and new washer/dryer. Enjoy the master bedroom with a king bed and personal bathroom with walk-in shower along with your own TV. Guest room has queen bed and is right next to the full bath in the hallway.

Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig with pods and a variety of teas. Fully stocked linens and shower amenities as well as laundry supplies if needed! High-speed Wifi throughout to stay connected and the Smart TV's allow you to access any of your favorite streaming platforms.

What a wonderful property. Clean home with great view of the golf course. Quiet and peaceful. Nice walking neighborhood with park and pickleball nearby. Very comfortable for two couples. A truly nice home and great place to stay in Bella Vista!

Was the perfect place to stay with our 2 dogs even had a couple toys and dog dishes. Paul was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice. Loved the back patio. Would sit there and watch the birds and golfers. Would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect! We came into town for Easter from Texas to spend the holiday with my Mother, Sister & family. The duplex was very clean, quiet and 2 minutes from my Mom’s house. Golf course view, nice outdoor deck, luxury linens and towels, beds were firm but comfortable. Overall an excellent stay and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This unit is on one of the golf courses and close to a park for kids and adults, one of the Bella Vista health clubs, 2 golf courses, and both hard trail and mountain bike trails. It's a nice place. Also get use of a garage which is uncommon with rental units.

This a great spot. Very quiet with a view of the golf course. Walking distance to the Metfield clubhouse, greenway and back 40. Super clean. Beds were very comfortable. And the have free streaming options on TV.

Great place to relax and enjoy. There were deer in the backyard every night. So peaceful but close to Roger’s and Bentonville. The house was so clean and inviting. Beds are firm but the house is very comfortable overall. We loved it!

The house was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and reasonably close to towns like Rogers. There were food delivery options available to the house. Overall, we were very pleased with and would definitely stay there again.
