Featuring a beautiful pool, large patio areas for outdoor gatherings and outdoor dining, a large private boat and swimming dock including paddleboards and kayaks, and a tennis & pickle ball court with a basketball goal (to be refinished in spring 2023). Close to MTB trails and everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer!
