  • Welcome to our recently remodeled 2 bedroom retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.

This location was perfect for us as our son and his family just moved to AR and this property is only a mile from his new house. We were able to help them get settled and also were able to enjoy a great walk at Crystal Bridges, visit two wineries, great meals at BV Bar & Grill, and enjoy downtown Bentonville. The house was the perfect size for us and our dog. We loved sitting on the back deck on the nice afternoons we had.

Lovely and quiet stay!

We enjoyed out stay very much. The house had all we needed and was clean and extremely comfy. The hosts were very attentive and available with our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and cozy

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and close proximity to Rogers, Bentonville, and Fayetteville. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, checking in during our stay to make sure we had everything that may be needed. Would stay here again!

Great Getaway!

We had a great time in Bella Vista/Bentonville over a long weekend. The area is scenic and quiet, the house is comfortable and well appointed. After hiking and exploring it was the perfect place to rest, eat and recharge for another day of fun. Would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

House was perfect. Great location, beautiful scenery, and had everything we needed. Close to stores, restaurants, hiking and biking paths. Loved it so much we extended our stay 2 days. Had a few questions and Tim was quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!

Great quiet house next to the trails.

My wife and I (and our dog) enjoyed a nice week of mountain biking in the area. Including a few rides directly out the back to the Tunnel Vision trail. Highly recommend!

Very clean, had all the amenities of being at home, the Tranquility and peacefulness were so appreciated. The host communicates extremely well. I would recommend this location with five stars.! Modern, cozy, getaway

My wife and I stayed here for an mtb vacation. The property was in a quiet circle and felt very secluded on the edge of a holler which offered wildlife views and access to the Tunnel Vision mtb trail. Anything we needed was provided including a grill, washer/dryer, deck hammock, etc. The house was very modern, clean, and very cozy. If we needed anything the homeowners were quick to respond and pleasant to speak to. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing weekend getaway!

Our daughter had a softball tournament in Arkansas and we needed somewhere to stay other than a hotel! This home was available and I had questions with the check in process and location from the fields we would be at, the owners messaged me back promptly so we were able to get the home rented quickly for the weekend! We will definitely be back when we can and do some adventuring. The home and location are great! The guest book had all kinds of ideas for next time! Thank you!
