The location is quiet. There is a ferry location about 150 yards from the hotel and you don’t have to deal with the crowds in Bellagio. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. To get to our room there were 2 flights of steps. Bellagio is about a mile walk from the hotel. Nice quiet location

This was a great, quiet and well appointed apartment. It is about a mile away from the hub of Bellagio, but walkable and a very short drive with lots of parking. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Very close to the lake too!

A beautiful guesthouse, super clean, comfy bed, spacious room with a delicious breakfast served each morning. About a 20 walk down into the town center, highly recommend!!

Great stay! Would definitely recommend. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms with AC and wifi. Parking and breakfast available. About 25 minute walk to downtown Bellagio.

The hotel was wonderful. We had a room with a view of the lake. The accommodations were all top notch. The surrounding areas were beautiful with a great walking path around the lake, by the river, and through old town. It’s safe and easy to ex0lore and shop. Highly recommend.
