"Gorgeous view from the balcony! Bed and linens super comfortable. The steam shower was absolutely heavenly, water pressure and temp SOOOOO good!! Room service and food was great, and I loved how helpful the staff was. They brought by ice, water, and a snack without me asking once I had been there a few hours. Also they offer free afternoon snacks in the lobby. I got an amazing massage at the spa and used the sauna. My only complaint is that they don't have a hot tub and the pool was so freezing (during July) that I couldn't swim in it at all."
