With three different boat docks and two kayaks available for use, this cottage is perfect for water enthusiasts. Bring your own boat or rent one to dock right in front of the cabin.

This charming cottage features two cozy bedrooms and a bonus bunk room, making it ideal for families or groups. Enjoy breathtaking views from the large windows, and unwind by the fire pit by the water or play a game of basketball in the driveway. It was a very nice location and excellent waterway.

The pictures showed the canal side more groomed The place needs updating to make it more desirable for the cost It needs a water softener for the hard water. CLR will remove hard water stains No window dressings at all. The grounds need to be groomed The locks are janky on the door to the canal needs to be brighter inside

Cottage was older, but we enjoyed it that way, it was very clean and everything worked great. A suggestion/caution I would give is the outdoor landscaping could be cleaned up. The small trails to the docks were a little difficult to navigate and the long grass and weeds would be better mowed short to enjoy an open grassy yard and the riverside. There was no patio or deck to enjoy an outdoor meal. The water is very rusty, do not wash anything in the washer with light colors! Beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower.
