"This property and the manager were appalling. DO NOT STAY HERE it is unsafe for solo travellers. The property is advertised as “complimentary beach lounges, umbrella and towel”. When asked at reception they said “no room only”. I. asked to follow up with manager - didnt happen. Finally found Whatsapp number for property and explained response “room only”. I asked to compensate with breakfast and told “no”. This was sole reason I chose this property. The bathroom had mold, the towels were disgustingly hard, the bed smelled and wait for NO HOT WATER. Manager came up to room to check water and afters 10min it came out barely warm. I said this is not hot water. He response “well if you dont like it go somewhere else”. I said I was happy to move hotels if I got a refund - he said YES. I went at 7pm to find another hotel, found one. Returned and asked for deposit - and of course he said NO. He was so abusive and intimidating there was no way as a solo traveller I felt safe staying. I will be seeking refund from WOTIF. I have attached a copy of the marketing info proving the complimentary beach offer. This property is appalling"
