"All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great and offered a good amount of food. Eric was the best and helped us navigate getting around the island. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

This place was amazing! Carlos is so friendly and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have the best stay they can have. He made sure everything was working no and ready for us and made sure we felt comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here for those doing the Galapagos on their own

Wonderful mountain and sea views, great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, and most important wonderful hotel management and staff support, could not have asked for more.

Diana was our receptionist and she provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was clean. There was a power outage to service the islands generator but we prepared with lots of mojitos and dropped the AC temperature before the six hour black out. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

What a great property! We explored the property every day and found tortoises everywhere. The food was good- especially the lunch we had preordered for our arrival. We are vegans and it was perfect.
The Manager, Shania, was really helpful and exceptional at her job. The rest of the staff was great as well.
Our only complaint was that we were in room 7 in the main building. We were above the kitchen and the noise at 6:15am was as if we were sleeping in the kitchen. Until that sound proof...

Stayed 3 nights November 2017. A very comfortable hotel a short and enjoyable water taxi away from the main pier. Great views of the harbor and a small beach a short shaded walk away were among the highlights of this well maintained property. Plenty of crabs, iguanas and finches on the grounds and the semi-isolation of being away from the main drag was especially appreciated at night. Staff were very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend the Angermeyer for those visiting Santa Cruz.

Wonderful little hotel -- affordable and conveniently located a few blocks from the village. Staff are friendly and helpful. Jonathon, in particular, was extremely helpful in getting us from the airport to the hotel and arranged some excellent days trips, including two surf boats that enabled us to reach some off-shore breaks. Would definitely return to Galapagos Dreams and highly recommend the hotel to others.

A wonderful thing about the hotel is that it is operated by Metropolitan Tours. All or half day hiking and boat excursions led by a guide can be reserved at the desk. And, most importantly, you are guaranteed the best possible tour and experience. (We heard stories of land based operatives in town who overcharged, whose guides didn't speak English, who apcharged hidden fees, etc. No such problem with the Finch Bay Metropolitan Touring people! Moreover the guide picked you up from a...

They lie and give terrible andf dangerous service and are extremely overpriced for what they give.. Hotel is good but yhr tours and guides and ship captains are dangerous for customers and give terrible terrible service!! Boats and vehicles and hotels they use are less than 1 star!!! Terrible!!!!!

We were well taken care of in this family-run hotel. The apartments are part of the family compound and there are other hotel room options there operated as Zurizadai hotel. The owner was personally involved in our service, going above-and-beyond by providing us use of his bicycle for a couple hours, arranging for a taxi, and interpreting us through a tough taxi conflict negotiation upon our arrival. Daily breakfast was a plus. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is located...

Royal Palms is an exceptional property that offers a unique experience immersed in nature. Guests can enjoy the tranquility and seclusion the location provides. The pool and jacuzzis are excellent, and the pleasant weather even at night makes the jacuzzis particularly enjoyable. It was a delightful experience to soak in the hot water during a drizzle, adding to the charm of the hotel, which is situated in the heart of the island.

One of the largest buildings in town so it is super easy to find your way back. The room was clean, had AC, and laundry service. I had great front desk service. A great basic room and a short walk to the main strip. I would definitely book here again.

Amazing place! Remember to let them know if you aren't going to be there for breakfast. They are literally making your own personal breakfast everyday!!
