The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. They always took the requests.
But seriously will not recommend this place to stay. We upgraded the room to premier room but couldn’t stop thinking if this was the renovated premier room how bad was the old standard room. Table was so dusty that it felt like no one’s been here. Also our bathroom kept having these weird flying little bugs, they were all over the ceiling. Every time when we got back to the room there would be at least five or six bugs in the sink for no reason……
It’s not convenient if you want to walk around the strip, and for conference purposes you can find a much nicer place than this.

It was beautiful…but..during the remodeling, the water went down so the restaurants upstairs were down snd all bathrooms not working. A lot of walking to find a bathroom functional and a restaurant. That being said, I’d stay there gain

"Good stay in all regards. Middle of the Hunter valley wineries, has lots of things to do inside the resort as well as around the valley. Good family and children activities. Very good golf course. Unfortunately the bed was well under par which was a shame."
