"This was the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The home was poorly maintained, and clearly not guest-ready. There was no running water for 1.5 days with zero notice. The exterior was overgrown, the kids’ play area unsafe the wood not maintained and full of splinters, an extreme hazard. The pool and grill were disgusting. Inside, we found only one half-used toilet paper roll across 3 bathrooms, no paper towels, no cleaning supplies, etc. Trash cans were missing or had no liners. The ice maker didn’t work, bed frame and the dining chairs were completely broken and unusable, we had them removed.Nightstand was also broken in one of the rooms, and the couch was showing major signs of wear and tear as well. The toilets were visibly dirty despite “sanitized” stickers. Open liquor bottles from past guests were still in the cabinets. They admitted UNDERAGED guests threw an unauthorized party well before our stay that they were dealing with the aftermath of, but we were never informed prior to check-in otherwise we would've never stayed there. The property manager,said she would try to get compensation, but we never heard back from her or the owner. It was a cover up and lies for negligence. This property is managed by Evolve, who did not want to provide any compensation to rectify things until VRBO stepped in and refunded us after I provided the same proof Evolve had for over 2 weeks! Avoid this listing and Evolve at all costs—it's a scam-level lack of care and communication."

"Overall this property is good for a large family . It’s isn’t really kid friendly inside the home. There are lots of breakables on tables, counters, in all the rooms which we were not expecting. Other than that was a nice stay! "

"My stay at the bnb was excellent from start to finish. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. All the amenities worked great, and small touches like extra towels and snacks made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay."

"We were in town for a family event and didn’t have a lot of downtime, but this house worked out perfectly for our large family. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the highlight of the weekend and gave us some great moments together in between the busy schedule.The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. Even though we didn’t have much time to relax, the property had everything we needed, and the host made everything easy with clear instructions.We’d definitely stay again — especially when we can enjoy the pool even more!"

"This was perfect for our local FL trip. We were passing through driving from West to East and needed to overnight at a hotel, at a reasonable nightly rate . Clean and quiet. Easy check in. The breakfast in the morning was more than enough and delicious with all the classic breakfast choices. Coffee was especially delicious!
