Comfortable and affordable stay

The hotel location was convenient and easy to find. We had no problem with check-in, the staff was helpful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our double queen suite was well-equipped with a kitchen as well as a full-sized workspace. Would definitely book here again if we're in the area.

Unfortunately when we arrived the rooms were not clean, we arrived at 930p, check in at 3p. The hotel was humid and had an unpleasant odor. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the towels were stained. The fridge had food from previous guest and freezer was overflowing with ice. The staff was friendly and apologetic. But I would not stay here again.

Place was clean, however this hotel allows pets be prepared to possibly being woken up to nonstop barking early in the morning like I was and when I called front desk many times and they would not answer the phone. Also the coffee machine grounds were full and didn't seem to care to keep it accessible for morning. Below average rating for me

Un-cleaned bathroom Bed cover and pillows smells marijuana and some kind of drugs No bathroom tissue paper Kitchen cooktop not working No kitchen utensils Over all very worst service and horribly maintained Visited with my family and two small kids, couldn’t stay. Because we were all tired Worst ever hotel. Not recommended!! Do not waste your money!!

A good place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located, very quiet and the rooms have a lot of space. The vents in the heater were very clogged with dust and dirt but other than that, the room was very clean and well equipped.

We never stayed at the property after we booked it. I tried to get a refund but candlewood suite in belle vernon lied and said we stayed and refused my refund. I have receipt showing the Airbnb I stayed. Our friend checked in before said hotel was dirty and left to stay else where. Read reviews before you book
