Had to switch rooms right when I got there because the room was not cleaned, and there was blood on the door in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the property was low, pretty much all the rooms beed to be updated. The pool and ocean service and area were great though!

We loved everything about Belleair. The only thing we would change is to have a restaurant onsite or a place to get food. Because there is no nearby restaurant, a microwave would have been nice to have in the room. Overall, EXCELLENT!

This is a great place to be near a lot of different things but not right in the congestion of Clearwater Beach. The champagne at sunset it a unique touch. You have to go there just to experience the charm and history.
