"Was looking for a place with individual bad rooms and a kitchen. Was only 30min to Cairns and the tablelands via Gillies Range. Staff were very helpful."

"Well appointed remote accommodation with spectacular views and friendly cows at the window!! The addition of wifi would be appreciated. Very friendly hosts and we left with lots of farm produce. The pumpkin was amazing. Pet friendly is a big plus. "

"Great place to experience the tropical willdlife of the Tablelands. The resort has an active feeding program that attracts birds and small mammals from the surrounding forests. The cottages are well maintained and comfortable with additional tit bits like complementary port and fruit. Hoghly recommended."

"Rooms are dated but very clean. Fresh towels each day. Lovely hot shower. Bar fridge & kettle. Very convenient location & the owner Jim was lovely & helpful. Traffic noise being on highway but expected & I wear earplugs so didn't bother me. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"The property is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and very informative about the local area and the best spots to see wildlife. Great walking trail around the property with lots of birds and other tree creatures. The rooms were nice, bed was comfy. You don’t need an AC, the fan + windows were more than enough. During our stay the highs were 26c but because the location is in a forest, it kept the place cool. Along with the animal viewing platform, the pool deck was a great spot for star gazing! Highly recommend this gem!"
