"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air...

"I messsged to say I would arrive in the early hours of the morning (twice) and did not hear anything back. When I arrived the 24/7 check in machine was turned off and I had to sleep in the car. I expect a full refund"

"We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"
