Very charming, eclectic, and yet classic accommodations in the heart of Vichy. Rooms are adorned with beautiful art and items collected from owners travels around the world. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated them accommodating us with a very late arrival, including parking on the street at front of the hotel. This was especially helpful considering my wife has mobility issues. Les Suites is in an excellent location in the heart of the city. It was very well located...

This was a great hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. It was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the historical district. The front desk staff was very helpful and gracious. I highly recommend this lovely establishment!

Stephanie, Claude and Timothy were absolutely great, they were very nice, spoke good English, and made us feel very welcome in there Inn. Very clean and easy access, great recommendation for dinner in town La Bonne Gache!

New hotels are the best. Restaurants in walking distance. There was some one there 24 hrs but it was a busy weekend. Safe location. I am not a fan of hotels with out staff at night. I don’t like rooms and gates with codes to access.
