"The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Luxury amenities that made us feel at home. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Graciela the house keeper and Charles our private chef made our stay amazing. It was nice that they had a lunch and dinner menu available for those days we wanted to stay in. I found out three days before they weren’t expecting even though I already paid for it. Bathrooms didn’t have a toilet seat and it was never addressed. "What a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is.
