"This is a nice little hotel in a great location. Our room was large and comfortable. Things were clean and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. And you have your choice of a western breakfast or a Sri Lankan breakfast."

"My room was spacious clean and modern. It was very safe and quiet. Breakfast was provided and was excellent. It is located 15 minute walk up steep road from city centre. Easy walking down and cheap uber tuk tuk ride back up the hill after leaving city center. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kandy."

"We stayed one night here and even though the staff was very friendly the room was rather filthy and moldy. Also the place was very cold we had to use 2 blankets. "

"Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy. "

"It was a big pleasure to have a stay at this house. The location and views are breathtaking, there was no morning or evening in this villa without saying 'oh what a beauty!'. The house is very clean and comfortable, kitchen is perfectly equipped. We had a time of our life here and for sure would come back. Thank you for our wonderful days here. "The staff was very accommodating and made our stay really pleasant. The only complaint i had was that the bathroom fittings were leaking and there were some stains on the bedding which caused us to get the staff to be called multiple times"
