"This is a great hotel. Like most areas in most big North American cities the area is afflicted with too many homeless people and smells and signs of drugs. Also $69 to park, and no warning when you book. Very hard to believe under any metric this isn’t a $45 markup. That’s called gouging. The hotel itself is awesome, clean and very chic, well-decorated. Would stay again. "

Mrs Lesia and Alexus have gone above and beyond to assist me with getting it back and walking me through the entire process. I will definitely stay here again. You can never put a price on excellent customer service. Five star all the way!"
