"My stay was for business. The hotel is located directly on 28th St close to anything you may need such as food, department stores, gas stations or anything else you could think of. The staff was busy on the phone when I arrived and he even took the time to pause his conversation and get me checked in because he knew it would continue to be lengthy. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was the ease of use of the television and working the local channels. Because of how cumbersome it was for me I found a channel I enjoyed and left it there."

The location is super walkable and walker friendly. A quick 5 minute walk and you are downtown, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had such a great stay. "Very nice hotel in downtown Grand Rapids, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and performance venues. The only fault I could find was the somewhat loud strange sound that occurs in the wall when someone in another room would flush their commode."
