Had small issue getting into the VRBO app at time of check-in and owner was in constant communication with us to ensure we were able to access the property and get setup. "The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"The property was beautiful, well maintained, we would definitely stay there again. The apartment had everything that was needed. The owner was very responsive. The check in was not smooth as hoped. The positioning of the lock box was difficult and needs to be revised. I had to lay flat on the sidewalk to see under the box to see the red tag. I would recommend placing the lock box in a more elevated position to see the bottom of the box. The code for the lock box was in the instructions but was...

"We brought our two dogs with us. This property was on the ground floor and was just perfect. The accommodations were just right with plenty of room for all guests. The location was just minutes from the stadium. The only concern was that the bathroom doors didn't latch for privacy . . . but we managed. We would rent this place again! Thank you. It was a real nice stay."
