Local limpo, pessoal da recepção atencioso. O problema foi no café da manhã. Cheguei para o café as 8:00 , não tinha café, xícaras nem pratos..., algum tempo depois foi colocado uma nova garrafa de café, porém o café ja veio frio, foi informado para a moça que estava repondo o café da manhã e ela simplesmente ignorou a informação.

Não existiu café da manhã pois não fiquei hospedado. Chegando no Hotel fomos encaminhados para o quarto. E ao abrir a porta sentimos um cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Informamos na recepção e eles não tinham outro quarto disponivel para fazer a troca sendo assim ficamos esperando a resolução que não ocorreu. Depois de 45 minutos esperando decidimos ir embora. E até hoje estamos aguardando o estorno do valor pago.

Cheguei no domingo e só na quarta-feira o quarto foi arrumado. O lixo do banheiro permanecia assim como a toalha de banho e rosto não foram trocadas. Pedi para trocar o quarto pq entrava vento forte pela fresta da janela e me colocaram em um quarto pior. Cheguei às 8h para o café da manhã e não havia mais reposição de frios ou sucos. Nobdia seguinte tive que esperar para passar o café pq não tinha mais. A luz do banheiro era mínima e o ar condicionado fazia um barulho sem precedentes. Não indico! Sem contar que pedi mais um travesseiro e disseram que tinha travesseiro mas não tinha fronha

Uma das melhores localidades para quem quer conhecer Belo Horizonte. Encontrei tudo que precisava por perto e ainda conheci um bar próximo que se chama Gráfica bar com uma vista linda da cidade . Atendentes educados estão de parabéns . Os quartos são antigos é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel,café da manhã só faltou pão de queijo tudo simples mas bem gostoso . Pra quem quer conhecer a feira hippie este hotel tem o preço e a localização ideal . Só é uma construção antiga paredes e janelas precisando de ajuste mas nada afetou meu sono e de minha namorada . Cama de casal juntaram duas camas de solteiro, isso me incomoda um pouco pois no decorrer da noite ela vai se afastando kkk. Em nosso quarto tinha ventilador e ar, já a tv só canais comum eu não ligo pra tv mas quando vamos descansar sentimos falta de uns canais de qualidade. Pra quem gosta de levantar mais tarde e não tomar o café de hotel tem padaria por perto valores não sei dizer,quem quer sair a noite para lanchar recomendo comer no life box da savassi fomos de Uber e ficou 10 reais lá funciona até 4 horas da manhã. Falei mais ou menos a nossa experiência e achei tudo pertinho. Abraços
