Hotel bom, porem a higienização do banheiro ruim
Estadia foi boa. porem existe alguns ponto negativos. limpeza do box do banheiro péssima, falta de cuidado com a limpeza. Colchão da cama muito macio minha coluna sofreu um pouco. Ducha higiênica com vazando agua.
Nós nos hospedamos no hotel para recuperação após uma cirurgia e ficamos muito satisfeitos! O quarto tinha acessibilidade ideal e fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe do hotel! Com certeza voltaríamos!

Hotel agradável
Hotel agradável, falta opção de refeição após às 22:00hs.
Solicitei microondas no quarto me falaram que colocariam e não colocou. Fez muita falta, estava de dieta restrita para campeonato, e isso me atrapalhou muito.
Sempre ótimos serviços. APENAS em relação ao estacionamento que deia a desejar. Terceirizado e o penso que poderia ser mais em conta pois acresce o valor da diária.
No Niagara Flat o atendimento é de qualidade.
Sempre que vou em BH, escolho o Niagara.

O que pesou a avaliação é o fato de ser um hotel/flat ja de data.
Cafe da manha bom, quartos silenciosos e proximo a regiao com shopping e bares... Tax e uber sempre baratos
Hotel custo beneficio muito bom , o quarto grande e limpo , atendimento muito bom , as ruas que situa o hotel são pouco desertas , café da manhã bom , enfim tive uma boa estadia !
A recepção tem excelentes e educados funcionários,mas não gostei de terem cobrado estacionamento no valor de 20,00 diária,sendo que quando fiz a reserva no Hotéis.com estava mencionando estacionamento com manobrista mas nada falava sobre a tal cobrança,acho melhor deixarem isto claro para os hóspedes.
Aparentemente bonito nas fotos apresentadas e quando chegamos e vemos a fachada, mas dentro do quarto é decepcionante.
Há anos o Brasil mudou o padrão das tomadas e até hoje o hotel mantém aquelas tomadas velhas. Não tive como carregar o celular. O quarto é barulhento, difícil de dormir, o banheiro parece banheiro de escola pública. Muito ruim.
Se tomar banho de dia, pega sol na cara, não há boxe no banheiro. O piso do quarto é de laminado e afunda quando pisamos.
E o café da manhã? Muito fraco.....
Por último, cobram 25 reais pra estacionar no próprio hotel. Chega a ser ridículo.
