The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean and serviced daily. The breakfast is limited but adequate.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente. O atendimento dos funcionários é super atencioso e o café da manhã razoável. O grande problema na minha opinião é a que o quarto estava bem deteriorado, com infiltrações. Muito mal cuidado de verdade.

Razoável. O.hotel é muito bem localizado e estava em obras na fachada. O quarto (705) é grande, com sala e "copa" com mesa /balcão grande e cadeiras, é uma construçao antiga mas bem conservada. O banheiro, no entanto, deixa muito à desejar e ptecisa de uma refirma urgentíssima.

Localização fantástica, melhor ponto da Savassi, porém o hotel precisa de reformas a idade pegou e ja se mostra ultrapassado. Academia precária, não serve para nada.Café de manhã com pouca variedade mas ótima qualidade. Atendimento de toda a equipe é excelente

Bom atendimento da recepção, gerência. Os bolos do café podem ser mais diversificados e melhores. As instalações de arcondicionado antigos são um problema por serem barulhentos. Banheiro com ralo entupido, parede de compensado descasando, falta de suporte para saboneteira. Mas no geral, o pessoal é atencioso. Bem localizado.

Excelente localização

O hotel está muito bem localizado e é confortável por ter os quartos grandes. Porém, alguns chuveiros (já me hospedei algumas vezes lá) não funcionam bem. É importante limpá-los de vez em quando. As opções de canais de TV variam de um quarto para outro e, num dos quartos, ela parou de funcionar uma vez. Anotaram cobranças de consumos do frigobar que não eram meus, mas cancelaram as cobranças assim que expliquei que não havia sido eu.
