Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

I used to live in Belo Horizonte and would pass by Savassi Hotel pretty much on a daily basis. I had an awesome time there. Stayed on the 8th floor, super quiet (with windows closed), not much people walking or talking on corridors. Good breakfast, friendly staff, always available to help. I would definitely go back!

I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Péssimo experiência.

Fiquei hospedada por 6 dias, eles me colocaram em um andar super barulhento. Reclamei na recepção, no entanto, não resolveram e o atendente simplesmente me marcou por minha atitude. Eu estava passeando e também a trabalho, fazia reuniões remota durante o dia e o barulho era insuportável e de noite não era diferente barulhos de banheiros dos outros apartamentos.

Localização excelente. Café da manhã com boas opções, mas não variam muito o cardápio. A limpeza do quarto é feita qdo solicitada, troca de toalhas tbm. As camas são confortáveis. Só a ventilação dos banheiros que não estava funcionando adequadamente, deixando odor.

Boa relação custo x benefício.

Hotel mais antigo, mas de maneira geral, bem conservado. Fiquei no anexo e minha cama era ortopédica, colchão muito duro mesmo, mas novo. Eu e meu marido acordamos sem dores pelo corpo, mas estranhamos ao deitar. A roupa de cama e de banho era de boa qualidade. O hotel deveria investir em janelas anti ruído. A Savassi é uma região movimentada até muito tarde e o hotel fica próximo a avenida movimentada, bares e escola de música. A janela é simples de alumínio e com apenas 1 folha em vidro, não isola o som. Dei o azar de na minha hospedagem um sujeito bater pandeiro na rua até depois da 1h da manhã. Tenso. O café da manhã é servido em salão espaçoso e tinha itens gostosos. Sem muita variação, mas um bom café. Máquina para café, capuccino e outras variedades de café. Bom atendimento por parte de todos os funcionários.
