Hotel muito limpo, lençóis branquissimos, quarto com chaleira elétrica para fechar a noite com um cházinho ou cafezinho solúvel que são disponibilizados pelo hotel. Ferro para passar roupas, café da manhã com ótima variedade, inclusive para dietas restritivas. Dá para ir a pé ao Minas Shopping. Adorei e super recomendo.

O hotel é muito bom, bem limpo, ao.lado de um grande shopping. As unicas coisas que deixam a desejar é a academia, muito pequena com 5 esteiras, um único aparelho e alguns pesos. O cafe da manha é muito bom, mas decepciona ao não oferecer syco natural.

Gostamos!!

Pontos positivos: Disponibiliza de uma boa cama, bom chuveiro, bom café da manhã, a equipe é cordial e atenciosa e não tivemos problemas para arranjar estacionamento no hotel. Pontos para serem melhorados: banheiro minúsculo, travesseiro ruim, o local para o cafe da manhã é pequeno, em alguns momentos tem fila para entrar no local e nos sentimos pressionados a realizar o desjejum mais rápido para diminuir a aglomeração na fila. No fim, gostamos bastante e iremos retornar.

O hotel é bom. Mas a acústica é péssima, a gente ouve tudo dos quartos de cima e dos lados. Mas o quarto é confortável, no padrão Ibis com pia do lado de fora do banheiro. Café da manhã é razoável. Poderia ter mais opções de bebidas como chá. Recepcionistas muito solicitos e atenciosos. A academia poderia ser revitalizada, usei todos os dias. Mas a máquina para musculação parece ser bem antiga, que não consegui usar. A limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar, pq não foi diária. Com relação a localização, é um problema para quem vai a turismo pq é longe do centro (não em questão de distância em si, mas por conta do trânsito que é caótico) pra quem não vai de carro, gasta-se muito com uber. Mas tem um shopping do lado do hotel, muito bom por sinal com mercado dentro.

Falta de respeito.

Boa acomodação, porém minha mãe, uma senhora já, fez check in por volta de 15h, e pouco depois começou uma obra hidráulica (segundo a recepção) no apto de cima. Minha mae reclamou por 2x e o barulho só parou depois das 18h30. Achei falta de respeito, e se fosse urgente a obra deveriam ter nos mudado de quarto.
