Lovely property in a great part of Catania, close to the famous elephant statue. Emanuele is fantastic. Warm and friendly, he even helped out when we had an issue with our rental car.

Luxury tent was incredible. Private hottub with a view, especially at night, was unforgettable. Tent itself was very clean and had a lot of space and amenities. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The dinner platter/spread that they cooked for me was one of the best meals I had on the trip. I explained that I had to leave early in the morning for my flight out of Catana so I would likely miss their included morning breakfast, however, they were insistent on waking up earlier than normal...

Great property, great food and great staff ... awesome place!

Elia greeted us on our arrival and he was very nice, sharing information about breakfast and the property. The palazzo was very clean, modern and cool vibe with exposed stone walls and creative lighting. We will definitely be coming back to Sicily and this will be our chosen place to stay!!!

Excellent way to enjoy extended stay and visit Mpunt Aetna

The rooms were beautiful, with simple classic design. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean and modern. The concierge was extremely amiable and prepared a delicious breakfast buffet for the guests. This hotel is VERY CLOSE to all the sights in Catania, but is away from the bustle of the city center. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a middle of nowhere

I had an amazing stay at Dipladenia Garden Country Resort! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a handshake from Mariana (I hope I am spelling her name right) the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — they truly make the place special. Beautiful views and very responsive staff.The only thing we did not like was leaving to return home.

The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.

Our stay at Medousa Suites was wonderful. It is located right outside of the main entrance to Corso Umberto/Main Street through Taormina making it a prime location. The room had a beautiful balcony with views of the water and Mt.Etna. The room itself was clean, bed was comfy, and we had a very nice coffee machine. Staff were great! We had a quick overnight stay but staff VERY helpful, exceptional accommodations and easy walk to fantastic dining and shopping. Staff arranged taxis for us and even had breakfast out at 4a.m. prior to our crazy early departure. Would definitely book again.

The 24/7 concierge was amazing! The staff were really helpful and answered any questions you had and were happy to book reservations to make your day trips as pleasant as possible. The complimentary breakfast every morning was fresh, hearty, and delicious - mad world to order eggs/omelets and coffee!

Nicola was friendly and helpful. I got an upgrade, and location was great! The recommendations on where to eat and see the best view of Catania were really helpful. And Nicola booked the airport transfer. Thank you!
