"A fantastic break in a gorgeous lodge, great base to explore the beautiful coastline of Northumberland, there are numerous stunning beaches a short drive away. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you need, very spacious (there were only 2 of us and our dog). The hot tub is great set in a lovely outdoor space, the sunshine helped. "Really lovely lodge comfortable, clean lovely touch of a welcome pack Very relaxing"

"Easy to find. Absolutely everything you could need already there, E.g. tea, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, washing up liquid. Plenty of cleaning products for you to use if needed. Towels and bedding. Spa was lovely and hot. Good parking, nothing on site as such but that’s not why we went. Good location for Alnwick, Morpeth and Amble, although pulling out onto the A1 was tricky at times! All in all an enjoyable stay!"

"Fabulous Apart from the quality of the surroundings, the opulence of the decor and the delicious food- a hotel is made successful by its staff. The Vermont exceeds all expectations in this area. Staff are welcoming, helpful, easy to chat with and really can’t do enough for their customers. If we’re in the Newcastle area we will always be staying here ( we’ve stayed in a few others but they don’t compare). 11/10 👍"
