"This is a 3 unit “hotel” with absolutely no staff on site. The door code for the room they gave me did not work and without roaming on my phone there is no one to ask for the correct code. Since we couldn’t get inside and didn’t want to hope they saw an email in a timely manner we simply left and found somewhere else. "The property is nice and good value in a great location. The one disappointment is that there was zero communication. Everything was communicated through AI bots. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed."

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. "Es verlief alles reibungslos, das Mobilehome war sauber und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir können es wirklich weiterempfehlen, denn es lässt sich auch bei Regen drin aushalten ohne zubeengt zu wirken. Der Platz ist super und für Kinder auch gut geeignet. Bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Wir kommen wieder."

"Very comfortable apartment, just upstairs from the tattoo parlor. Neighbors were mostly quiet, and very little traffic noise (though we did hear the #4 tram on Nationalle). Less than a 15 minute walk to most of the places we visited. But there are tram stations a five minute walk, and a Velo bicycle stand just a minute or two away. "

"This hotel had easily the largest room that we have ever had for a hotel stay, while also being very clean and comfortable.
