This is a very basic lower-cost hotel but everything they did offer was clean and in working order.

check in was a nightmare. Half hour to check in, booked rate not applied, first room had not been cleaned, but after that everything was top notch. Manager, Julie, was amazing - super helpful and a pleasure to meet. She deserves credit for her understanding of customer service. A real star employee!
