"Arrived around Midnight. Welcomed by a very kind and service oriented receptionist. Considering the cost, the room was extremely nice and clean with a large balcony. Breakfast (included) was well assorted and og in good wuality and well tasting. Surroundings/tables/attention to covid risk reduction absolutely fine. Only reason for not not giving top marks is that noise from cleaning of the stairway and from other guests woke me up 6 am"

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. "Wir hatten super schöne zwei Wochen in der Altamira Residence. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar und ist sehr sehr nett! Egal was wir hatten, wir konnten uns immer an Anna wenden und sie hatte einen Tipp oder hat uns geholfen. So einen super Service habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Da der Strand in der Nebensaison nicht bewirtschaftet wird, hat sie extra für uns 3 Liegen reserviert und den Pool für uns gereinigt und offen...
