"Only stayed one night, rental was very easy to find in a very remote peaceful location. Travelling with our dog so wanted to be in the countryside. Rental had everything needed, comfy bed and good shower. Didn’t really use kitchen but looked more than fully equipped. It is very remote but that’s what we wanted.."

"It is such a lovely little gite. We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the owner as we had a text from her to say she didn't meet us as she couldn't speak English so any queries would be better sent to poplidays. It is an ancient old watermill and the mill race is still there so the sound of running water was an enjoyable extra. "Nous sommes 4 amis (2 femmes, 2 hommes) et nous voulions visiter de petits villages du Perche et de la région de l'Aigle. Le charmant petit village de la Gonfrière offrait une situation idéale. L'ancien presbytère comporte au moins quatre chambres individuelles et de nombreuses toilettes.
